• Our items are made to order and made especially for you, when you place your order. Due to that, Blessed Green Chick will only accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item).

 

• We will also accept returns due to receiving incorrect sizing from what was ordered. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. 

 

• If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, please email us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. 

Processing time is currently 5 - 16 BUSINESS DAYS (MON, TUES, WED, THUR, FRI). DOES NOT INCLUDE USPS SHIPPING TIMES. PLEASE EXPECT SOME SHIPPING AND PROCESSING DELAYS WHEN ORDERING DURING SALES AND HOLIDAYS.

 

 

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS at no additional cost to you.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETELY CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

Blessed Green Chick is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact USPS for updates.

Each item is made to order with love, please allow 5-16 business days to hand-make and ship orders. If the garment is in stock it will ship sooner.
